Because many credit unions have membership eligibility based on where you live, work, or attend school, you are advised to check those credit unions that are located closest to you. Keep in mind that credit unions also offer membership to immediate family members of current credit union members, so if you have an immediate family member that is a member of (or eligible for membership) one of our participating credit unions, you too could be eligible.
