Joining ARC Federal Credit Union is easy!

Membership at ARC FCU is open to individuals who are members of a Catholic parish in Blair or Huntingdon County, PA, family members or relatives of a current ARC member, and employees at many area businesses. You may also qualify for ARC membership by simply joining the Pennsylvania Consumer Council (PCC).
