Empower Federal Credit Union membership is available to many individuals, including those who are: employed by/or retired from any of our member groups, a member of/or employed by any of our eligible associations or organizations, an immediate family or household member of a current Empower Federal Credit Union member. You may also join if you live, work, worship, or attend school in an area included in one of Empower's neighbor areas: City of Buffalo, City of Binghamton, City of Syracuse, Town of Geddes, City of Utica, Oswego County, Town of Cheektowaga, Town of Union, designated areas of Liverpool, Montgomery County, and Village of New York Mills.
