Membership is available to employees, spouses and family members of the Bandera, Center Point, Comfort, Harper, Hunt, Ingram, Kerrville, Medina, Fredericksburg Independent School Districts, and Grace Christian School, Notre Dame Catholic School, Hill Country Retired Teachers association, Bandera County TX Retired Teachers Association, and Schreiner University.
